Porch Building Process:

1. Email or Text us a picture of the proposed build site. We can discuss what you are looking to build. If you have a copy of a survey and an environmental permit (septic permit), send that also.
2. We will perform an on-site visit to speak with you, go over additional details of the project, and discuss pricing options. The visit will also allow us to take the needed measurements to work up a quote.
3. We handle all aspects of the Building Your New Porch Project, including surveys, building plans, permits, framing, electrical, painting, and shingles.

Many options can be added to porches to make them more enjoyable: Eze Breeze windows, screen windows, fireplaces, sunspace windows, TV mounts, electrical outlets, ceiling fans, grilling decks, composite decking, recessed ceiling lights, various ceiling styles to choose from, and more.
