Once you have decided on a style and size, we offer no cost, no obligation Site Visits to help verify that you have chosen the best storage building for your needs & property, and address any issues particular to your lot. If for any reason, the shed you have chosen cannot be placed on your lot, we will adjust the contract for a different building.

Ways a site visit can be of value to you the customer are:

bullet Determine if there are slope/grading issues
bullet

Determine the best color & style match for your shingles or vinyl siding.
bullet Review the various styles of storage sheds and buildings that would best compliment your yard and satisfy your storage needs
bullet Determine if the garage, workshop or storage building can delivered or built in your backyard
bullet Determine the best build location
(septic lines, grade issues, setbacks etc.)
bullet Discuss home owner's associations requirements
bullet Discuss size of proposed building. We will flag various sizes of buildings to help you determined which structure best meets your requirements
